Chatel: where is it? Only one hour from Geneva airport, Chatel is equally well-served by those preferring air travel or by car. We can recommend car rental and our experience of easyjet has been nothing but favourable. There are many flight's in operation per day from Luton, Gatwick and several regional airports throughout the UK. There’s even a bus on a Saturday from Geneva to Chatel, so this is one holiday you can do with the minimum of hassle! For those who prefer to travel by car, Chatel is around 8 hours from the tunnel or main ferry ports: it’s actually the nearest Alpine resort to Calais!
